Airbnb Special Team is not responding at all.

Hello All, I am Superhost and hosting since last 7 years, my growing frustration and concern regarding the unresolved issue with one of my reservation. The last communication I received from your team was on December 12, and since then, I have not received any further updates or responses. It has now been an extended period without resolution, and this situation is becoming increasingly unacceptable.

As you are aware, the issue at hand is caused by Airbnb, the guest staying on the property since Aug. 2024 andguest’s credit card has been consistently declined since August 2024, and Airbnb has failed to notify me of any payment issues until December 12, 2024—over four months later. Despite the non-payment, the guest has continued to occupy the property, and the reservation has not been cancelled or properly addressed by Airbnb as of the date of this communication. Furthermore, I have not been compensated for this booking, which continues to cause significant inconvenience.

 

Given the urgency of this matter,  I am seeking immediate resolution, as the current lack of communication and accountability is severely affecting both my personal and professional life. My holidays have been greatly impacted, and I am struggling to understand why Airbnb is not taking appropriate responsibility for the situation.

 

Has anyone faced this situation before, if so what was the approach you have taken to solve this issue? please let me know
