All l can say is go into your settings and start a conversation with the help centre. What l have learned is that they will always promise you that you can speak to someone then after 13 reviews they simply do not want to call you or take on your questions and problems. At the start of your listing they will hound you but as soon as they have taken their commission after 10 bookings, they always make the host wrong and the guest right.
So sorry to be the bearer of bad news but by all means keep trying to get your issues resolved.
