Airbnb Support doesn't do what say before closing ticket

I have much friction with airbnb fixing reviews that the agents agree should be taken down. The agents take days going back and forward with you. They tell you someone will call to resolve it and that they must close the ticket but it never happening causing unnecessary frustration partnering with airbnb.
