Airbnb ambassador facilitating Fraud

I am writing to formally request immediate escalation of my case to a higher department. Regarding the previous case we discussed, there appear to be serious issues involving the ambassadors handling my situation. Their actions have caused me a financial loss of over $4,000. I suspect there may be corruption or mishandling, as my cases have been repeatedly closed without explanation or resolution.

 

I have already contacted support over 40 times, but no progress has been made. This level of inaction and negligence is unacceptable. I urge you to escalate this matter to a senior representative or higher department for a thorough review before I am forced to bring this to the relevant authorities.

 

Please confirm receipt of this message and provide details on the next steps or the appropriate person to whom I can escalate this matter.

@Tarek130 No one here is going to escalate this for you. Anyway it looks as if Airbnb is refunding you the money for the stay.
