In two weeks Airbnb canceled few of my reservations with the reason “this reservation doesn’t appear to be legitimate” and refunded the guests. A Two weeks before that Same guests requested me to cancel their reservations so they can get full refund,but I uphold my strict policy. Is that a new way Airbnb is using to go around host’s policy and cancel reservations,because costumer service can not give you any information.How this happens?
