Airbnb does not give support to Superhosts? I really needed some help tonight because I had multiple gas communicating to me and this is how long I waited on hold before I gave up

This is how long I waited on hold tonight trying to just get some help as a host because I had multiple guests coming and parts of the Airbnb app weren’t working for me even after I repeated the app and rebooted my phone.  After an hour and seven minutes I just gave up and hung up.

It meant to say, I rebooted the app and rebooted my phone.
