When is this happened that Airbnb encourage blackmailing to get a refund in exchange of not leaving a bad review?

We had a guest who called me rude as I couldn't provide an early check in and in the end of reservation they kind of blackmail me. However, airbnb just don't give a s....t

What is your opinions about it?

If the guest from the start was acting inappropriate should've I just cancel the reservation the day before check in as I new they will leave a negative review.

They asked me to do a partial refund in exchange of not leaving a bad review

So presumably you showed this evidence to Airbnb linking to how it breaks their review policy for the guest to do this @Vitalii11
