An horrible guest posted a retaliate review of 1 star and made up lies just because he wanted to check out late at his desirable hours!!!!
At first, he messaged me to book an additional night with cash. I didn't reply ASAP as I was busy and didn't want to get him into trouble too! Then he unsent all those related messages.
He only stayed for one night, did unusual amount of laundry.
Instant booked as he stayed at Airbnb once before but no review as NO NEGATIVE REVIEW per Airbnb because NO REVIEW???
Check-out time at 11 am and I already offered him 12 pm for a late check-out....he still not happy and showed attitude when I encountered him at the parkade 😑
Here is my request to remove such a UNTRUFUL review:
1. The guest wanted to book an additional night for the 7th and offered to pay by cash
(He unsent all those messages but I am sure Airbnb will able to re-track those UNSENT messages.
I told him at check-in that the 7th was already booked by another guest and he should NOT offer cash for any booking as this violates the ABNB policy and tax laws!
2. I showed George around the building, and walked through the suite with George at check-in, and NO issue from him then.
I also messaged him afterwards to ensure everything was good, and he thank me to have them at the suite (see messages).
3. I sent George the check-out instructions the evening on the 6th. He replied and seemed good with it and no issue.
4. Guest- George messaged me on the 7th after 10 am and asked me the latest check-out time. I told him at 11am AGAIN. I explained to him as it would take 4 hours to clean each unit with one person and to refill supplies and do maintenance etc.
HE SEEMED UPSET!
So I offered him to check-out at 12 pm.
Just to keep him happy!
5. Luckily, guest George took many pictures at the unit around 11 am on April 7th and sent them to me via Airbnb message app. See ATTACHED per George:
I could see clearly the unit was NOT dirty, and NOT full of pet hairs and stains. (no pet stayed in the unit for the last 2 years).
His pictures clearly matches my listing photos.
He is LYING against his own pictures!!!!
For the last 2 years, every of my review stated that the unit was very clean - all 5 star for cleanliness!
6. He paid the lowest rate of $82 plus cleaning, which included the parking.
Then he tried to offer to pay cash for another night to avoid Airbnb fees and taxes. Then he said NO Value?
Please investigate this absolutely FALSE review, and have it remove as soon as possible."
THIS FALSE REVIEW will NOTbe removed - decision from Airbnb???
I do not want to reply to this untrue review as any BAD guest will believe that he or she can just retaliate with a BAD review, and is working because Airbnb allow it!!!
It is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with Airbnb with retaliation review removal. As I work so hard for my Airbnb but when I encountered these types of guests, I feel like so discouraged and broken, and wanted to quit.
Maybe that's what Airbnb want the GOOD hosts to suffered???
