Airbnb for sons first birthday

I’m looking for a place in the Davenport fl area to host my son’s first birthday. Approximately 20 guests and 4 of them would be children 3 and under. None of them would be left unsupervised due to their age.

@Christian4711   AirBnB actively discourages parties.  AirBnB is for renting an overnight accommodation, not a party venue.  You may be able to find a park, play space, hotel, etc. for your party.  I googled venues in your area and a decent number of rentals came up, some of which were houses.  Good luck and happy birthday wishes to your son.

Book an airbnb for the numbers who will be staying at the property then you can book a separate party venue for guests who will only be attending the party @Christian4711
