Airbnb has cancelled the booking after the guest has already stayed without any reason and my payments are on hold

I am writing to you as a host with concerns about reservation, where the guest stayed at my property from February 18th to 22nd.
 
On March 3rd, I received a notification on the app indicating that this reservation had been canceled and that my future payouts were on hold. However, the reservation was not canceled, and the guest completed their four-night stay as scheduled. As a result, an amount of INR 7859 is currently on hold.
 
Could you please clarify the reason for this cancellation, given that the guest has already stayed at the property? I also request that you reverse the adjustments to my future payouts. 
 
I have contacted Airbnb's chat and calling teams multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was informed that the issue would be resolved, but this has not happened. Subsequent attempts to seek clarification have been unsuccessful, with representatives unable to grasp the situation. If I continue to experience such issues, I may need to reconsider listing my property on Airbnb.
 
For your reference, I have included the names of the Airbnb representatives I spoke with:
 
- Allen (mentioned that future reservations would not be debited, as the matter was supposedly reconciled)
- Aamati K. (unable to understand the situation)
 
Can Anyone help me in this situation and what measure can I take on this?
