Airbnb insisting on allowing biased retaliatory review

Had a guest leave a 1️ after (by her own admission) neglecting to read our listing and noting it’s a shared flat. She proceeds to go so far as to ask me to stay somewhere else for while she’s here and is incredibly rude the entire time. Come check out, we were unable to accommodate her demand to store her luggage after checkout time, and because we enforced the policy, she slammed the door shut and gave us a 1 star review where she herself admits the reason was our enforcement of the rules advertised. Airbnb denied our request just like yours with these inane and useless reply emails. Customer support is equally frustrating and useless, reading off circuitous scripts and having no escalation paths to actually get some support with these. So much for ‘special super host customer service’. Wasted so much of our time for 4 days and gave us zero support in return. We’ve taken down our listing and will make sure other hosts we know do the same.
