Hi I had a terrible experience in my recent stay at Mel’s place in San Antonio. There were false advertising and wasps infested, bird poop on the porch, neighbors dog barking all night and police officers in the neighborhood many times and a neighbor tried to sell me energy drinks that look like stolen. I asked for refund and they said 30 days minimum and they said look at the refund policy before booking and call 911 if it’s threat to my life. I left the place 8 days before I got to. This is robbery by Airbnb. And now they took my review down stating it violated their policy and they didn’t contact me before removing the review. This is fraud at its best.
