Airbnb is trash

Sorry for the tone but they are legit trash to host and guest. They cancel reservations of guest without telling them why or issue them a coupon.

Airbnb cancels a guest’s booking without giving full details, it’s usually tied to privacy or safety reasons. Most of the time it could be due to payment problems, guest verification issues, or something in the guest’s history that violates Airbnb policies.  

Best step is to contact Support to confirm the reason.
