Airbnb isn't considering a review retaliatory - what to do?
I had a guest TRASH my house. I should've cancelled her as she has a review where she did it previously. I tried to charge her an additional cleaning fee and she left a 1* review. All my reviews prior are 5* but this dropped me to 4.5 which is so frustrating. I tried to dispute the review but keep getting a copy/paste reply that says it doesn't violate policies. It clearly violates them in my opinion. I called Airbnb support then and they "can't tell me the internal criteria" - which makes NO sense to me. Any suggestions on what I could do? Previously Airbnb removed a review for me when it was retaliatory.
Yes, took about 6 hrs of calling/messaging Airbnb (SO MANY reps couldn't have cared less that this happened to me and wouldn't even explain to me why) - but I got it sorted out. Thank you!!
When she’s doing that no talk to her you calling airbnb support first and air bnb talk with her and talk photos to this and send airbnb reporting her and giving your money
