Airbnb not removing reviews where guest complains about airbnb

I just got a review with a few complaints — one of the main ones being that Airbnb didn’t refund the guest.

I submitted a request for review removal since that’s clearly against Airbnb’s review and content policy, but it got denied. Customer support says they have no access to do anything about reviews.

What do you usually do in this kind of situation?
