Hi! I've cancelled 2 bookings for March 23-26, 2023 last Feb 9 and 13, 2023 due to change of plans. I was told to wait up to 15 business days for the amount to fully reflect on my account but it has been more than 15 days and it hasn't credited still. I've also confirmed with the bank that it hasn't arrived in their system yet. I message them for this now the waiting time has changed to 30-60 days. How long should I really wait and how should I proceed with this?
