I've tried 3 times now, once over the phone to get this review removed. It was 100% retaliatory, with literal screenshot text evidence from the host, explicitly stating he planned to leave me a retaliatory review? It's like every time i try to get help from AIRBNB, they mess it up, make things worse or ignore all the presented evidence.

Airbnb effectively never removes retaliatory reviews. If you try to have one removed online, the auto-reject-bot sends you a form letter rejecting your request. If you contact support, someone reads the auto-reject script to you. If you try to reason with them, or point out they're ignoring their own policies, they read the auto-reject script to you again, and again, and again, until you give up.
You are very far from being the only person frustrated by Airbnb's 'support'. How they think this approach helps their business, I have no idea.

Yeh, this is just one of the many many issues i've had with their customer service.. the amount of times they mess something up or make the situation worse. It's insane. I guess ill just have to switch platforms since they don't value their longtimecostumers.
