I am very upset with Airbnb. Up to the guest from hell, I was a proud super host with a 4.9 average on 138 reviews, the 'guest favorite' wings, 7 years hosting, 5 on cleanliness. And then came Estelle ... An impolite agressive girl who wanted me to keep her suitcase until the afternoon when her train left. I refused, she insisted, i did not give in, she left upset and mumbling without saying goodbye. She wrote an insane mean review with 2 stars saying my kitchen was cluttered (5 on cleanliness as I said earlier, and I am a Marie Kodo afficionada, so no my kitchen is not cluttered) and that my attitude was hostile.
In spite talking and writing to multi support team members, it is always a flat refusal to get this review removed and no real explanation on their decision, only empty formulas such as ' We’ve given your case and its details careful consideration, and we determined that the review written by the guest Estelle cannot be removed'.
I am very disapointed. Estelle shows in her profile a history of being difficult on the suitcase subject, one previous host even calls her agressive, and yet AIRBNB seems unable to do some psychological profiling.
