Airbnb removed an unfair review, guest threaten to sue

Had my very first bad review, guest was difficult to begin with. He is highly critical with overly high expectations and little adaptability. It was already a nightmare hosting him. He banged on the walls just because he heard steps from apartment above. Kept complaining about noise from above apartment when it was listed as “ potential for noises”. We tried everything we could to work with people upstairs and the insisted they were not doing anything that’s making loud noises. I believe them. 
we tried to accommodate him as much as possible. He still let a negative review and went on and on about how bad my internet connection was, an issue he never mentioned once during his stay. So I was able to get Airbnb to remove the review, since the guest was exaggerating the whole situation. 
couple days later, he inbox me and threatening to sue. 
what a crazy person!

@Patrick2061 You can block this person. There's a flag icon next to their name in your conversation history with them. 

Not easy to get a review removed. Luck was on your side with that.

@Patrick2061  If you can't block him, just fight fire with fire:   Coolly tell him that the neighbors have filed a police report against him because HE was making noise and banging on the ceiling.  Yes, it is against the law to do that in a New York City apartment, you can actually file a noise complaint on someone who does that to you by calling 311.  People who bang on walls and ceilings and shout through walls and doors can also face eviction.  He will leave you alone after that.
