Airreview

I used Airreview extension to see how guests rate their hosts. However, that is no longer visible. Any one else having that problem? I uninstalled and installed again, but that did not change anything.

Hello @Gerda64 ,

As far as I know, Google Chrome recently made some updates, and the company behind AirReview had to update the extension. The previous version (3.4.7) didn’t work, but for the past couple of days, the latest version (3.4.9) has been working fine.

Make sure you download the latest version, and if you’re unable to do so, contact their customer service.

I could not download the new version but their customer service is just great in answering emails. They helped me through it. If only Airbnb support was so fast and efficient in many other things.
