Am I allowed to ask that all adult guests be listed on the reservation?
I have had at least 3 groups of young adults stay at our place. While I like to give people with no reviews a chance, I feel like they must take turns signing up and booking to avoid bad reviews. I would like to require that all adult people on the reservation be listed to ensure they are being responsible. I can’t find any answers for this anywhere

@Mary5128 You can require the primary booking guest to list the names of all adults in the group, and you can request that they present IDs upon checking in. But you can't require every group member to have an Airbnb profile linked to the reservation.

I never ask but here in Thailand I require all passports of any guest staying in my properties, for immigration laws,
The person who would be liable for any damage would be the person who is on the booking contract.
