Am I get a punish point if I cancel a reservation based on customer request?

Plan change and customer needs me to cancel her reservation. Should I cancel or customer cancel it?

They cancel if they want to; hosts should never be who cancels since there are negative consequences (can't be Superhost for a year/dates cancelled remain blocked).

@Usa5568 As a host you should never cancel a reservation. You will be fined and the dates will be blocked if you do.
