Am I the only one why can not get airbnb to answer me on a Aircover request? They close the case and forward it to someone else for the 20th time????

Am I the only one why can not get airbnb to answer a Aircover request they keep closing the case and say they forward the case but nothing happens and this is now happened 10 times…??? Aircover my……!
