Another revenge review

Hi guys, so I get guests from time to time who just write reviews because they want refund or just don't want to pay. CS most of the time does not even read comments and reviews. Is there any way besides tagging Catherine Powell here each time to have them removed?

The best way to get a revenge review removed is to effectively ~sell~ your position to the CS person you are assigned. Taking a tone that a guest is trying to game the 'wonderful' host/Airbnb system is the smart play. Showing how the review is not relevant helps tremendously because this gives the CS ambassador a diplomatic way out of the conflict.

@AZ-Housing0 - I just wanted to chime in and suggest you have a look here for more information about Airbnb's dispute moderation for reviews.

 

As @Fred13 suggests, showing how a review isn't relevant is covered under "moderating for relevance" and gives examples - this might support you with any discussions you have with Support.
