Attracting more guests to book.

Hello, I am still new to hosting and I am fortunate to have my place booked for high season times. However, I would like to attract more bookings in the months leading up and after the high season.

I'm happy to help and share a bit about what I’ve been doing to attract more bookings.

My Airbnb is located in a small town, and outside of the high season, I did some research to find out what was happening in the area. For example, within five kilometers, there's a born-again Christian center and church, as well as a venue that hosts musical events. I also found several local events related to professional and educational training.

I reached out directly to these places to let them know about my Airbnb. As a result, I now collaborate with some of them, and they even recommend my place to their guests or participants. This approach has really helped me get more bookings during slower periods.
