I have received an unauthorised payment of $218.31 for a reservation on May 3 2025 at Surry Hills, Sydney. If you are this host please cancel that transaction and report that person to the police for theft.

Hi @Alex, yes I have and the specialist Shubham decided that a friend or family member authorised it. How is it possible when I haven't use my account for 7 years? Shantel W reached out to me and she said she will excalate it to the appropriate department, but no reply yet. I have asked them to cancel the transaction or just send me the location of this airbnb, but they would not. I feel like they are protecting the theft.
