Auto-email sent today has "lost" the "Guest first name" field

Same auto-email I've been sending for a year.  Thinking the latest upgrade to program? 

 

Was wondering if it's happened to anyone else.

 

Mine was the email sent at 9am on arrival day with directions and entry code to keypad.  It started "Hello, <<Guest first name>>..."  and has worked 100% until this morning.  Oops!
