just saw a guest who cancelled on March 13 th and agreed our policy on no refunds, his choice, no illness, no lockdown, no flight protection... he chose not to travel because his friends didn’t want to...
his arrival date two days later.
he did not come to checkin.
he had cancelled through air BnB...
on 26th March Air BnB decided to go back and refund him fully... yes... took the money back off our payment from another guest on another booking.
their extenuating circumstances stated ‘not after Check-in date has passed’... not in the middle of online chat with air BnB they stopped replying
