Bad guest review

I have just given 5 stars for everything as we were over the moon with our Airbnb.

We communicated well, felt they really cared, followed the rules.

The hosts then said we didnt communicate, we didnt follow instructions. We left the property immaculate. So this has really upset us as first Airbnb experience. So spoilt the end of our lovely hols.  this will have an effect of future bookings. Not sure if this is a good idea

They have got it wrong this is not for your property. Please get in touch with Airbnb and tell them they have it wrong.

@Sally944 if the host left you  a bad review it should show up on your Airbnb profile no matter who the host is.
