Bad guest

Hi if any one experienced Host out there.

I had my second guest . 

I contacted Airbnb before she came about a guest she was bringing. Airbnb said it should be ok. O asked if guest could walk without Walker or needs help. I explained my house is not suitable. The future guest advised no her mother was healthy and no need of Walker. 

Then she arrived her mother did need help and had Walker . I contacted Airbnb they said leave them in . I said I do not feel right due to any accidents. That may accur.

Apparently you have deleted your listing.   However your post is a bit difficult to follow.  What did you think Air BNB should do? Were you seeking to cancel the booking as the guest needs could not be met and you were concerned about liability?  If I could see your listing I could provide some suggestions.
