We had a guest who did damage threaten to leave a bad review and then did. Air BnB refusing to remove it. But their policy says it doesn’t allow retaliatory reviews. I would like to know who to report to. I even appealed it. I’m really bothered that we aren’t protected. Air BnB approved our request for damages. But still allowed the review to stay posted.
