Bad retaliatory review not being removed.

We had a guest who did damage threaten to leave a bad review and then did.  Air BnB refusing to remove it.  But their policy says it doesn’t allow retaliatory reviews.   I would like to know who to report to.  I even appealed it.  I’m really bothered that we aren’t protected.  Air BnB approved our request for damages. But still allowed the review to stay posted.

I'm sorry for what happened to you. In my opinion, you can file a complaint with the platform before the guest leaves a review.
