Although the review is certainly not positive, it certainly would not be the "end" of your Airbnb hosting. You wrote a good response to the guest and it is important to reflect on the review and make changes to improve future guest experiences. You indicate that you are working on these issues and this will notify future prospective guests that you have likely fixed these issues so they will not have them when they book with you.
