Ban for Russian citizens, but I’m also Armenian citizen and located outside of Russia

Hi everyone! 
I know there is a discriminating Ban for Russian citizens, but I’m also Armenian citizen with Armenian passport id and phone number attached to my profile. I’m currently in US now. 
why am I getting problem with my booking? 
I’ve already used my account this year for multiple bookings in Europe and Armenian. 
how can I solve the problem? Contacted support, but didn’t get any reply yet.
