Be careful when reporting a party!

It should be noted, while Airbnb has a strict policy against any parties being held  at a property, hosts will be putting their reputation(review score) on the line if your report the guest to Airbnb.  
   Airbnb will notify the guest and ask them to leave the property, they may even suspend the guest 90 days for violating the policy.  
unfortunately, upon check-out the guest can still leave a negative review.  Unless the language in the review is aggressive, a host will have little chance to have it removed.  You can appeal the process but it is most likely handled by an AI bot and there is no phone support for this process.  
  In short, you will have to decide if it’s better to report the party and suffer the possible consequences of a negative review or let the party happen and hope things don’t get out of control.

This is one of the reasons I will be removing my property from Airbnb. 

Airbnb has found the small gap that hosts won’t remove their property’s due to loss of income.

I refuse to be stressed to cover charges from guests that break things or leave the property in a mess, break house rules and then a negative review is left with no consequences to the guest.

Ive been on Airbnb for 3 years and always had the support from Airbnb about outcomes such as these but it’s recently changed.
