@Andre18221. Hi Andre, I agree that guests should be careful and read the entire listing, including all the important info re cancellation policy, cameras etc before they book.
In addition to your complaint did you review your stay?. The only one I can see you gave 5 stars with a "na" comment, so I'm confused, unless it was another place which you didnt review or it hasnt shown up yet?.
As a host we always encourage our guests to review, as it helps others looking to stay. Bad ratings lead to listing issues which can lead to suspension or even termination.
Re cameras, Airbnb updated its policy to require all listings to remove internal cameras. https://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/3061
They are still permitted externally so if your stay was recent, yes this is a safety issue as well as a concern if its not been disclosed. Usually reporting this has a listing shut down very quickly till its resolved.
I list on both Airbnb and VRBO and prices are set by the host so its easy enough to make them the same for a guest.
