From Dream to Superhost — A Heartfelt Thank You❤️❤️❤️

In a short time, something incredible happened , I became a Superhost on Airbnb.❤️ But this isn’t just about badges or titles. It’s about the journey, the guests who chose to stay with us on Senja, the stories shared around the dinner table, and the quiet magic of Senja that brings people closer to nature, to themselves, and to each other.

None of this would have been possible without my partner , my rock, my biggest support and this amazing platform. He’s the one who takes care of the little things that no one sees, and the big things that hold everything together. He believed in me, in us, and in this dream before it even had a name. La Casa Senja is as much his heart as it is mine.

To our future guests ,host who would love to expirience Arctic  fairytale — families looking for connection, friends chasing northern lights, solo travelers seeking peace, or business travelers craving a space that feels like home  La Casa Senja is here for you.

It’s more than just a place to stay and I hope I will have some Airbnb Host visiting.It’s a place to breathe, to laugh, to heal, to experience something real. There’s a kind of magic here that stays with you long after you leave.

Thank you so much for your kind words🫶it truly warms my heart.

La Casa Senja has become so much more than just a place to stay. It’s been incredible to witness the special moments our guests experience here.😍 One of our favorites was when a big family from Germany, spanning three generations, celebrated New Year’s with us🌟full of laughter, shared meals, and even a fireworks show under the stars.

Then we had lovely guests from China who rang in their Chinese New Year on the 29th of January with such joy—it felt like we were part of something very special. And there are so many heartwarming firsts: little ones seeing snow for the very first time, or the look of pure wonder on their faces as reindeer wandered past the house.

Moments like these remind us why we opened our doors. We’re not just offering a stay,we’re creating a space for connection, joy, and unforgettable memories.🫶💫 I wish I could host my dear superhosts through coming midnight sun months 💫🌟🙌

Celebrating New Year’s with that big family must have been such a joy, and what a wonderful experience for the little ones seeing snow and reindeer for the first time! 😍

I've always wanted to see the midnight sun in Norway - well actually all of Norway! It's on my bucket list. 😅

Is Norway a great place to visit in the Summer as well as Winter?

That sounds amazing, @Rebecca !☺️Norway definitely deserves a spot on the bucket list  and honestly, it’s worth visiting in both summer and winter. Each season offers something magical.

Here in Senja, we've had a couple of absolutely fantastic summers ,even hitting 28 till 30 degrees and full sun! 😍It was perfect. Since Norway is such a big country, the weather and landscapes can vary a lot depending on the region, but each area has its own unique charm.

If you ever decide to experience a summer up in the Arctic, I’d be more than happy to share some tips or help you plan something unforgettable!
