im not able to see full messages from the Hosts and can’t reply. 
I’m also not able to make review or etc .

 

it’s is really frustrating.

Give Airbnb a call @Elena4396  there may be an issue with the hosts account .

Hi @Elena4396 ! As Helen mentioned, have you tried connecting with Airbnb Customer Support team?

It might be helpful to follow these basic troubleshooting steps. This has been helpful for other Hosts facing similar issues:

 

  • Log out from account.
  • Close all browser windows and tabs.
  • Open a new window or tab.
  • Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
  • If you're using an app, delete and reinstall it.
  • Log back in using EMAILFROM_ACCOUNT

Also, if the issue still persists after the above steps, please feel free to share a few screenshots with us, so that we can get some advise from the tech team.
