No, right now is prime season and it should be easier to get bookings.

Same for my listing. I have zero new bookings and plenty of availability. I searched on my hubby’s computer and found I was listed on page 15. I have changed up some verbiage as suggested by others for AI. I refuse to lower my rates. Doing much better with VRBO.

VRBO will not show your listing in the top 100 if you do not allow flexible cancellations. You could have your place reserved for months and the person cancel 2 weeks before check-in and they get a full refund while your home was not on the market to be rented. My guess is Airbnb does the same. They need to remove flexible booking. We are not a hotel yet they treat our bookings like hotels.

I totally noticed that I mentioned this March I had three booking machine last March I had three days open. We're way down up in the snowflake area of Arizona.
