Booking between 10 pm - 6am central time

Twice I have received booking between 10pm and 6am central time. I did not see the booking until the following morning. Guest arrives and tries to reach me but unable because I am sleeping. AB&B cancels the booking and charges a cancelation fee of $50.00. What can I do?

@Gift21  You can set your Advance Notice to “At least 1 day’s notice”, or your Same Day Cut-off Time to 10pm.
