Hi  I am new and have blocked the dates I have to and for some reason it unblocked and have someone that has booked and paid deposit what do I do please Sue

Hello @Sue2248 

You might like to take a look at your calendar as there are two dates in May that are not blocked off - 24th and 25th so depending on your minimum stay someone could reserve these night.

@Sue2248 I wonder if the May dates have opened up based on a 9 month availability window opening them but you not then blocking them. I think you can set all dates to block by default unless you open them up.
