Your overall review rating is wy below the Airbnb Standard of 4.8.  Closer to Airbnb Suspension.

Fill out your listing pages.  Airbnb Platform has abut 6 pages, you have one sentence.  Highlight the positives, correctivos made which sometimes new listings have issues.

I would try disputing the last review, couch isn't a plank of wood.  Things that are obvious factual lies may warrant the removal and that would help.

Responses from the Host positively remarking on reviews and complaints as appreciated feedback as you begin Hosting.

Try using an Airbnb Custom Discount 20% discount Airbnb will offer marketing for you.

I also suggest the lowest sale price, reasonable to offer.

I understand you're seeking ways to enhance your Airbnb listing to attract more bookings. While I don't have access to your specific listing details, I can offer general strategies to improve your property's appeal:

1. Optimize Your Listing Title and Description:

Title: Craft a compelling title that highlights unique features of your property. For example, instead of "Lovely 1-Bedroom with Kitchen," consider "Cozy 1-Bedroom Condo with Modern Kitchen in Greater Noida."

Description: Provide a detailed and engaging description. Highlight amenities, nearby attractions, and what makes your space special. Ensure the language is clear and inviting.

2. Enhance Your Photos:

Quality: Use high-resolution images that showcase your space in the best light. Ensure rooms are well-lit and tidy during the photoshoot.

Variety: Include photos of all areas guests will access, such as the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and any unique features like a balcony or pool.

Captions: Add informative captions to each photo, providing context and highlighting key features.

3. Competitive Pricing:

Market Research: Analyze similar listings in your area to understand the average price range. Position your pricing competitively, especially as a new host.

Discounts: Consider offering introductory discounts or promotions to attract initial guests and build reviews.

4. Encourage and Leverage Reviews:

Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service to encourage positive reviews. This includes cleanliness, clear communication, and thoughtful touches like local guides or welcome baskets.

Follow-Up: After a guest's stay, send a polite message thanking them and kindly requesting a review.

5. Ensure Your Space is Guest-Ready:

Preparation: Use Airbnb's checklist to ensure your space meets guest expectations. This includes cleanliness, safety measures, and providing essential amenities.

By implementing these strategies, you can enhance your listing's appeal and increase your booking rate. Remember, continuous improvement and attentiveness to guest feedback are key to long-term success in hosting.

Short and Sweet - the pictures are great, but it is not a one-bedroom apartment. It is a studio apartment. (no separate bedroom).

Unfortunately, your bad reviews are really going to hurt you, especially since you only have 4 total reviews.

Since your target market would be couples, it would be helpful to talk about how close your unit is to attractions (restaurants, museums, parks, and other tourist attractions or special anniversary/birthday locations.

Maybe start with a clean slate. Cancel this listing and begin again with a co-host for the first 4-6 months to get the hang of things.
