Bookings stopped coming in.

I have had no bookings with Airbnb since 1/1/25 while through there competitors I have had several. This is my high season and no bookings, 0. I lowered prices end of year and competitors site does well. My listing also does not show up on respective city search or map. Been with Airbnb and never had any problems till recently. Please help.

I'm having the same problem.  I got 4 bookings in one day and then silent for weeks.  I reached out to tech support and they assured me everything is posted and functioning properly, but when we try to find the listing (having friends try), it doesn't show even though we are a superhost.  Something wonky is going on with Airbnb.  I'm sure of it.  If you find anything out, please let me know.  I am so frustrated!

Hi @Lee6170 😊

Thank you so much for sharing your concerns here!

When did you start hosting?

I’m really sorry about the situation. I’m tagging a few experienced hosts to see what advice they might have: @Joan2709@Karen114@Oksana127 and @Marie8425.

Thank you in advance everyone!

Warm regards 🌻,

Have you checked supply and demand ?

Many hosts in the US who rely on overseas visitors are reporting falling demand due to the Trump affect.

Have  you seen what's happened to your overseas tourism ??

its completely tanked because overseas visitors are either fearful they won't be allowed entry or be arrested or because politically they don't support your current presidents behaviour and policies .

we have no travel advisories to the US here in the UK as do a number of European, Central and South American and Arabic countries.

Cute Cabin!  My suggestion is your Title.  If I am not planning a weekend or a month no interest in your place because you state no interest in me.

Your excellent reviews are people with fur babies and human babies. Something not always welcome by Host pets and kids.

Lake Front Cabin Pets and families welcome.

@Marie8425  Great advice.. Came to say the same.

There is economic uncertainty right now in the US.  People are being careful with their money these days. Your pricing is very fair.  I see you have two beds and sleep 6.  Are you using pull out couches or cot?

Like Marie had mentioned if you are catering to families maybe a pack and play, didn't look to see if you offer one.

I would also suggest professional pics.  I don't think the pics you have now are doing you justice.  Even a reviewer mentioned the place is better than the pics.  Adding fresh updated pics also gives you a little boost in the algo.

Most responses from hosts focus on economies. No one has addressed that I have rented with VRBO many times with the same add. Nor the fact that my listing does not show up on the Airbnb map. I understand supply and demand, pictures , demographics. I have been in the business since 1995. Never had a problem. The fact that Airbnb has not responded is telling.
