How to get less questions from potential interested clients but more booking confirmation?

Hi @Akhona2
My rule is every time someone asks a question, I have to either (1) add the information to my listing or, (2) be convinced there was nothing more I could do to make the information clear (sometimes it's a guest-specific question about their stay).
If questions have to do with distances to places, add the distance to that place to your text, and even a few extra that you think people may wonder about.
If you've looked over all of the questions you've had and you're happy that everything's in the listing, another option you have is to try Instant Book.
Don't be put off if you keep getting questions - it does mean that people are interested!

Hi @Akhona2,
What kind of questions are you getting from potential guests?
Shelley has shared some really useful tips on how you can use those questions to improve your listing, leading to more direct bookings, and I'd love to hear if you've tried that approach before. 🙂
Have a lovely day,
Emilie

I think your ad generates questions. Are you offering a house or a room in a shared house? Big difference.
