Hi, I am hosting multiple unit property in Brampton. And suddenly last 2 months have been very bad. All the bookings and even enquires have reduced by almost 80%. The pricing for our property is minimum at the moment. Want to check if any other host facing a similar issue in the area. I know the authorities are trying to discourage the short term rental in Canada. Any possible guidelines will be helpful

Probably because you have quite low reviews for a number of your listings.

i would look at the issues leading to your low reviews to see how you can address them to help improve your ratings . @Vipul23 

As you are in a crowded market hosts with much higher reviews will appear much higher than yours when guests look for properties .
