Can anyone tell me if there is a form to fill in to claim 25% of my lost earnings. I've lost 8 bookings thus far. Shula

@Shula0 - correct me if I'm wrong, but you appear to have a (beautiful) listing with the 'flexible' cancelation policy. 

The 25% you refer to is actually based on your cancelation policy. But because you are 'flexible', and by my reckoning, you'll only receive anything if your bookings were cancelled within the 24 hours before check-in period. If they cancelled before then, you'll get diddly squat.
