Calendar month pricing

Hi -  does anyone know if there's a way to set pricing per calendar month? I have tried to adjust the daily pricing and set monthly discounts but what I really want to do is have a fixed price per month, so my guest knows what they're paying each and every month. It's a right pain to keep adjusting it and incorporating the Airbnb guest fee too, to try and get the agreed monthly guest fee each month, unless there's a way to do this that I haven't been able to find so far? @Sarah5384 I think there used to be but Airbnb removed it as it was too confusing with people putting a nightly fee in when the system wanted a monthly fee.

Anyway you could simplify things by moving to simple pricing (or some such name) where you pay a host fee of 15% VAT and the guest pays nothing. Then the only variation per month will be the length of the month which feels reasonable (to me at least)

their definitly use to be and i loved it. think this is part of the new roll out where you cannot do so. pretty frustrating because i use smart pricing and i want a flat rate for monthly pricing
