Hi,
I have been a Superhost for many years and have had a Plus listing since the program started that I operate on a full-time basis in Sydney, Australia. I have a provlem with my calendar for one night. I had a guest booking starting that day (Saturday) and sometime later (many weeks ago) they modified their booking to start the next day (Sunday). There is a glitch and no matter what I do I cannot get the calendar to open for the night that had been booked by the guest. I have Professional Hosting Tools enabled and have tried both through that way and through the calendar app on my phone (which does not use the professional tools). The Resolution Centre can't (or won't) help and just keep shutting any ticket I open. It has been over a week and nothing has been fixed and I have received no response from Airbnb engineering teams.
When looking at my calendar for the rest of the year, another guest has done this for a booking in December and it has the very same issue, so not just a one off occurrance.
Has anyone experienced a simliar issue or been able to get Airbnb engineering to actually repond? Is there anything I can do?
Any help would be appreciated.
