I rented an airbnb, there was a knife embedded in the couch and someone got hurt, random people coming in and out of our unit, cameras and motion sensors in the unit watching us(who knows what footage they have or how many more) there was a bloody crowbar and laptop under my bed, drug residue in the airbnb(or what looked like it). We got harrassed and were made to pay double the amount even though it said dog friendly, my credit cards and tools were stolen out of my car/unit while they were on the property. In which 8017 dollars worth of tools thats a lot and no of course I don't have receipts i only have about 3000 worth of receipts because they were purchased over years. My credit card had a total of $1173.42 in charges leading to my accounts being frozen, that led to us being homeless, guess what one of the 3 dogs that my friend owns gave birth to 10 puppies in my back seat, (10GODDAMN PUPPIES) ya know they could have been born in a rental or something but air cover refused us an emergency place to stay. So we just casually borrowed 3500 dollar for rent and damage right? No where else would accept us because of the dogs, it took 6 or 7 weeks for airresolutions to understand that we had extended our stay to 2.5 weeks. Meaning there were 3 codes total so being refunded took almost 2 months which led to me not working because how do i with a destroyed vehicle and my tools that were stolen, yeah pretty bad, and in march i made 36k next month was under 10 this month im completely *****. Aircover, host/guest insurance, and airbnb alltogether as well as my insurance and mastercard wont reumburse anything. Leading to loss of 380k dollar **** contract I had already signed because i own a small construction company. I'm out over $100,000. Instead of going the legal route i offered a 21k settlement and yes I have proof and documentation of everything, pictures of the cameras and receipts, picture of the stuff with blood on it, I have EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED. Worst of all both of our devices were hacked into because the owner of the airbnb got us to go into anither unit that we had no idea people were staying in and get there internet password. Have the messages of this and everything. How do i sue, once i am homeless, I have never been told so much in my ***** life rhe words "sorry" and "we understand" NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND AND YOU DEFINATELY ARENT SORRY, YOU REFUSE TO MESSAGE YOU LEGAL DEPARTMENT, AND I KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN WATCHING ME, I WAS ABOUT to say my sons birthday and the lady messed up and said it for me and she caught herself too late. Whats up legal team how bout you call me? I genuinely do not understand what the issue is.
Your cover and inshrance *GUARENTEES* reimbursement, but you let us be homeless and lose our ******* jobs. Im going to the news tomoro maybe ill get someones attention that actually is sorry. Real dumb.
