Can a guest leave a review again, after his initial retaliatory review has been taken down?
Hi,
I had a guest who demanded a refund with no grounds to do so, both ourselves and Airbnb rejected the refund request. He then left us a retaliatory review, which Airbnb immediately has taken down. I wonder, can the guest leave a new different review again (within the 14 days after checkout) now that his initial review has been removed? Thank you!
@Iñigo36 the whole review is removed including any right to reply and stars sent to the host. They can probably still send you a message so block them .. H
