Can my guest make bookings only and pay at the property?

@Mis-Candis0 the short answer is no . If you have your own website then you can also use that for bookings but I do not think you would be encouraged to gain bookings from Airbnb and then collecting the fees for yourself... sorry but that is not how it works and cancellations are also penalised ... H

No the guests need to pay Airbnbon booking @Mis-Candis0 

In any case why would you want to risk guests blocking your calendar and then deciding not to turn up and pay
